Apex partners with independent 1099 contractor cleaners these are not W-2 employee positions. You run your own business, set your own availability, supply your own equipment, and are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. Apex is picky about who joins the network, and we pay for it $25–$30 per hour. Our homeowners trust us to send the best, and we honor that by only partnering with pros who truly care about the craft.

To qualify as an independent contractor with Apex, you must have everything listed below. Please only apply if you meet all of these requirements.

• 1+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
• Active liability insurance (required)
• Own reliable transportation
• Your own cleaning supplies, you must supply everything needed for each job
• Ability to pass a background check
• Fluent in English
• Reliable smartphone for scheduling
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in your work
