This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with earning potential of $25–$40 per hour.

Contractor Requirements

To qualify as an independent cleaning contractor with Apex Home Cleaning, you must meet the following requirements. Please review them carefully before applying.

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
• Active general liability insurance (required). This is business insurance that helps protect against accidental property damage or injuries while cleaning a client’s home. This is not car insurance.
• Reliable transportation to and from cleaning appointments
• Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including a vacuum, mop, cleaning products, and other necessary tools
• Ability to successfully complete a background screening
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and our team
• Reliable smartphone for receiving job opportunities, scheduling, and updates
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality cleaning
• Professional, dependable, and respectful when working in clients’ homes
• Ability to work independently and manage your own cleaning assignments
